Bank Transfer Instructions

Choose the receiving account that matches the currency of your selected service. Include your request reference in the transfer description. For international transfers, use the SWIFT/BIC shown below.

Bank and intermediary fees may be additional. Do not transfer to an account in a different currency without confirming the amount with us first.

Credit-card payment is not enabled yet. We never ask for your card PIN, bank password or one-time banking code.

Your payment is checked manually. A payment notification does not automatically confirm payment. We verify the transfer against our bank records before marking it as received. Never send a card PIN, online-banking password or one-time security code.

Complete this form only after making a transfer. We check the bank statement manually. Submitting this form does not confirm that your payment has arrived.

Use the reference from the original request: dream references begin with D; astrology/numerology references begin with A. The selected service must match that request.

Yes. Separate EUR and USD bank accounts are provided. Use the account that matches the currency selected for your service.

What should I write in the transfer description?

Use the reference number linked to your dream or astrology/numerology request so the payment can be matched correctly.

Is payment confirmed immediately?

No. Bank transfers are checked manually after a payment notification is submitted. The notification itself is not a payment receipt.
